Do hormones really affect our lives and our behavior?

 

There is a question that has always aroused our interest and confirmed by many positions, and we have always wanted to answer it.

Helps the mind focus and calm.

Works on bone growth.

It is used in the means of contraception.


Estrogen:

The hormone estrogen is always present in the blood in different proportions and has many important functions, including:

It leads to the growth of cells in the breast and uterus.

It enhances the presence of collagen layers in the skin, which maintains its youthfulness.

Helps maintain calcium in the bones.

Regulates cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Affects the psychological and the ability to understand and comprehend.

It is used in the means of contraception.


Testosterone:

It is the main male hormone in men, but it is excreted in low levels that are almost negligible in women

The percentage of female hormones in the blood and their effect on the body varies depending on the age of the woman, as they are at their peak in their twenties and above and continue to rise to the end of the 40's, where the percentage of hormones in the blood decreases and continues to decline after the age of 50, which we call ( Age of menopause).
